Painting of exterior wooden window frames
Job description
This is for a 1960s rental property which has several exterior wooden window frames where the paint is peeling off exposing the wood, and where there are some cracks between the frame and the wall (see pics as examples). The wooden frame into the back porch is also in the same. I want to preserve the integrity of the wooden frames and make sure these are protected from the elements. I'll take advice on whether peeling areas can be restored and painted over, or if the whole frames need to be prepped and painted. I'd prefer not to have patchy window frames, but also need to keep costs to a minimum. Obviously keen to get this job done during the summer warm and dry months. Luke was prompt with his communication, did what he said he would do, and followed up to make sure the job was as required. As I don't live in the town Luke did the work in, it was great to know I could trust him to do as required. Now I've seen the work he did I'm very happy with it and his prices were very reasonable. Would certainly use again.
