Started the job about 2 days after awarded the job. Completed in 3, including ceilings, stairs, hallway, kitchen and large living area; with some minor repairs to ceilings and a small section of wall. Impressed. Easy to talk with and knowledgeable. Tips: Talk always about the job, freshly crushed beans coffee, provide comforts like filtered water, food storage and let him keep his sheets on site overnight as be more likely to finish the job quicker :)
