Eaves and window frames
Job description
We need the eaves, fascias, etc painted white, around this single story 3bdrm brick house (2 coats). Please see attached photo. Existing paint is in reasonable condition, some areas flaking/peeling. Also, underside of carport (which is lined with same material as eaves), as shown in photo (2 coats). Bargeboards of carport in worst condition - need prime and 3 coats. Also, two windows (external), as shown in photos (generally 2 coats, some small areas may need 3). Washdown, sand prep to be included in price please. Available to start now.

Wayne worked really hard on our job to complete it on time and we are really pleased with the result. We were so pleased that we asked him to come back and do some extra painting jobs for us. He was very reasonably priced but not at the expense of quality - we will certainly contact him if we have future painting.
