Removal of Wallpaper

I would like to have the wallpaper stripped off the gib board on two walls in my kitchen on Tuesday, the 10th of December. A new rangehood and oven will be installed against the walls. The area of wallpaper to be removed is approx 1.26m by 66cm on one wall and 1.26m by 1.43m on the other wall. I started to remove the wallpaper myself but made a really bad job of it, tearing the paper on the gib board. Looking for someone who is experienced at doing this sort of job please. Someone who has high standards and does good quality work please, so there is as little damage to the gib board as possible.
