House painting

We have a beautifully built concrete and plaster 1950's house which needs exterior painting.The timber windows and eaves need doing the most. The condition of the eaves varies with some areas starting to flake, other parts look fine. The windows also vary in condition. We'd like the inside of the windows done as well.The cream paint on the exterior walls is actually in reasonable nick but we'd like to modernise the colour scheme. We also have a concrete tile roof in pretty good order which was painted by a previous owner in late 1990's. We're not fussed with the colour but have maintained it with moss treatments/cleaning. Please indicate if you'd be interested/willing to quote for painting the roof as well (ok if not). The front of the house is the only elevated part with the garage underneath. There are also two balconies with metal railings.
