Roof paint

I want o have the house roof + garage roof + garage gate + garage window + garage door painted. The roof is generally in good condition but will need some prep (washing and priming). The fascia, however, is in very poor condition and will need a lot of preparation (sanding and fillling). Ideally I would like to have the fascia painted white and the roof grey but if this increases the cost too much I could consider having the fascia on the same colour as the roof. My house is around 125sqm and the garage is about 25sqm. I am attaching some photos so the shape of the roof can be appreciated. I am intending to do the work early in December.
