Paint exterior of house

We just got let down by someone else who was due to start on the exterior of our house today. It's a 3 bed house that needs an exterior repaint. Also a few roof tiles that were replaced recently that need some paint to more closely match the colour. It's a small 3 bed house (85m2). Some sanding will be necessary.
