Exterior and Interior Painting Job in Roebuck Road

Interior – Scope of Works: Ceilings, Walls, Windows, Doors, Frames and Skirting Boards in all rooms. Kitchen Cabinets and Wardrobes included also. Preparation: All listed areas will be sanded, scraped, filled, gapped and undercoated as required. All ceilings, walls and timber framing will receive an oil based undercoat to ensure mould blocking and adhesion of topcoats. 2 Top Coats to all areas listed. Resene or any other paint branded products will be used throughout. Exterior – Fascia, Soffits, Windows, Doors and Weatherboards. Front and Rear porch/steps included. Roof excluded. General Scope of Works: Preparation: Waterblast all listed areas of building. Care to be taken around windows to limit water ingress. Scrape, sand and undercoat all listed areas as required. (paint stripping not allowed for in this quotation) Prime all areas, fill and sand. Undercoat all filler and bare timber. Top Coat: Apply 2 coats of appropriate product to all listed areas. Resene or other paint branded (PPG, British Paint or Dulux) products are to be used throughout. Note: Quote does not include repair of any wood rot discovered over the course of preparation. No rot was evident on initial inspection. Minor fixes utilizing either bog or filler are included. Any replacement of timber material will need to be quoted and undertaken by a builder.
