Hi I'm seeking a quote to repaint a property in Tuakau, Franklin. It is a single-story rectangular group house built in the 80's which has Hardies Montana/Montaform board cladding, aluminium joinery and corrugated rib section roofing. Floor area of the home is approx 85m2. I am seeking quotes to; A) Repaint the exterior cladding. Note further info on condition as follows: Some sheets have cracks and some minor damage. The plastic joint strip has slipped down in many places. The joints need tapping up to their correct place, holes and cracks repaired, The exterior needs repainting. B) To repaint roof Thanks
