Karaka Roof Painting

- Roof area is approximately 260m2 in plan (I'll leave it up to you to determine roof area to be painted) - Roof material/profile is corrugated iron - Current finish is the original prepaint (has not been repainted). Condition is good but it hasn't been touched since mid 1990's. Some mould that will need to be removed (see photo's) - Need to paint metal surfaces/trims on skylight (see photo's) - Timing to be March/April next year - You will need to carry your own insurance I'm not a painter but looking at the Resene spec's, I think the need - Water blast and clean roof as required - Wash with Resene Roof and Metal Wash, wash down - Spot prime as required with Resene Galv-Prime and then one complete coat - Two coats Resene Summit Roof paint, semi-gloss (colour to be selected)
