Interior Painting and General Repairs & General House Maintenance

I need the below 4 jobs complete, please only get in touch if you can complete all 4 jobs. 1) I would like to get my bathroom ceiling painted (3 bathrooms), ceiling paint available in the garage storage room. 2) The built-in wardrobes (downstairs bedroom), is jammed and needs opening, perhaps oil is required in the joints. 3) There are two birds nest, one under the garage roof, the other above the upstairs bathroom that I need to be removed, appears there are gaps, need those located and fixed. 4) Roof slat, located above the garage appears to have be coming off, need that fixed or replaced with a new one.
