Exterior Painting of House - Cable Bay, Northland
Job description
Cleaning and preparation of surfaces to be painted. Application of Primer (as required) and painting (min 2 coats) roof and exterior of house including decks. Roof, Fascia and Barge Boards, Block base and Decks including Deck handrails to be painted in Resene "Blackjack" --- (or its equivalent colour in another similar brand) Exterior timber walls to be painted in Resene "Half Alabaster" --- (or its same colour in another similar brand). Refer photos of house exterior. (Scaffolding including roof edge protection will be organised by owner to be supplied/ erected by Scaffold Company (certified scaffolders) and will include a seperate access erected to provide safe access to roof) Building Size is approx 170 sqm. Looking to have completed in next couple of months while the weather is good. Timeframe for completing job itself to be discussed and agreed.
