Hi…I am looking for professional painters to paint the exterior of my rental property. I purchased this turn of the century double story villa late last year and even though the exterior rough cast plaster is in reasonable condition I’m advised that it prudent to keep it well maintained to help prevent moisture egress into the framing etc. This is a general description of the scope of the work: • Preparation and painting of the roof, exterior cladding, windows and timber fascias etc. • Plastering repairs as required • Repair or replacement of timber rot • Install flashings as required • Misc. other building work, e.g. replacing handrail, capping fireplace Quote required for painting with estimate for repair work Prefer scaffolding to be included. Timing negotiable, prefer later in the year, spring/summer & complete before Xmas.
