Ceiling paint and window frame touch up

We have a tenanted 120m2 house in Fairfield and need the ceiling painted throughout. There are some exterior window sills that need to be scraped and painted, as well as a set of french doors that have been stripped but not painted. We are preparing the property for sale so just want a quick clean up rather than a thorough job.
