House painting

My house has been undergoing a spruce up, and most of the hard work has been done. At this point, one wall needs the topcoat, and the rest is mostly trims. There is the option of working on the south wall, which has not been prepped yet, and isn't too bad. As I say, this is optional at this stage. The house is 12m along each wall, and the highest points can be reached with a ladder.
