Roof painting

Roof of the house is long run corrogated colour steel about 17 years old. top coat is coming off. No rust. Needs waterblasting/cleaning and 2 good coats of acrylic paint I assume. . High up,will require scaffolding. House floor area approx. 120 square metres with a 30 degree pitch. House is situated in Tairua, Coromandel
