Exterior Paint in Pauanui prior to Xmas 15
Job description
Hi there, Hoping you can dig me out of a bit of a hole. I'm renovating our bach in Pauanui but have run out of time to prep and paint the exterior. Address is 26 El Dorado Leader. It's a 2 storey place brick and wood/plaster however the top story is all brick. I'm just looking to get someone to paint the single (bottom storey), the front entrance stairs and the top apex, all in a single colour Dulux Weathershield White X10 low sheen. Scope: Roadside - Roadside: Bottom Storey (lower floor) exterior - Roadside: Upstairs hand railing / pergola area & the apex above the clearlight - Roadside: brickwork around the front garden the boundary fence (surrounds entire property 3 railing front, left and right. At the rear its approx 8 boards high) - currently rough sawn brown - Roadside: front entrance/staircase - Back of house: above the windows / apex and trim Lefthand side (when looking from road - next to the driveway/gate) We've built a wooden fence to hide away the area under the deck (not in photos). Would like that painted the same white colour and as per the rear of the property would like the bottom of the roof/above the windows to be painted the same colour. Ideally we would like this work finished prior to the 22nd December when the whole family is coming up from the waikato. Keen to understand availability to get this job done (in the time frame) and of course at what price we'd be up for. Look forward to hearing from you.

Che and his team were absolute legends. When provided with a pre xmas and very tight deadline at our beach house in the coromandel. CMR delivered an amazing outcome and a beautifully finished paint job that we were stoked with. I would highly recommend.
