Paint Exterior of Block of Flats

We need to get the outside of a 1970's block of 6 one bedroom flats painted. The building is about 350 sqm and consists of 4 ground level flats and two flats that are above four garages. There is also another building of two garages. The construction is mainly concrete block but the upstairs part is roughcast. The roof is corrugated iron and the joinery all timber. The timber joinery needs the most work and I'm hopeful that the block and roughcast may get away with one coat because we just intend to repaint in exactly the same colours as existing. Obviously you will need to visit to quote but I have included this information to provide an idea of the work required. There is no rush for the job to be completed because for tax reasons we want it to be expensed in the next financial year. An invoice dated 1 April, that we would pay the same day, would be perfect.

Excellent tradie! Very easy to work with, great communication, good job, and nothing was too much of an effort! And an excellent price! Highly recommended! I'll definitely use again next time we have some painting to get done.
