Exterior painting/staining
Job description
Exterior painting of areas that I have been unable to reach. The sides of two plaster dormers at the front of the house, two dormers above the garage, staining of cedar at the front of the house and painting of butyl on one dormer above the garage. The dormers above the garage have cracks in the plaster however these only require minor repairs. I have used Resene X200 membrane on the plaster dormers. I can supply the paint required ( Resene) Scaffolding will be required for the front of the house and above the garage, each side.
