3 bedroom single level permanent material house needs the exterior wood work painted (window frames, ledges, doors, barge boards etc). Most of the woodwork has been sanded and under coated already by another firm last year who due to other commitments could not complete the job. Therefore just need to complete this preparation and then 2 top coats on everything.
