Strip old paint, and repaint --- s medium-large villa. Any weatherboard identified as requiring replacement ideally replaced (sub contracting carpenters for this if required). Front veranda included. Stud height high, may require scaffolding. Ideally done over summer, but timeframes in next 6x months. Happy for painters to go on site and review job to provide me with accurate quote.
