Exterior - strip paint - lead paint & asbestos

Due to paint bubbling, I need to strip the current paint layers back to the paneling. Noting the panels are asbestos. Also, I have been told there is lead-based paint in the paint layers. Approximately 16 square metres. Per the photo, I have peeled back the paint on one panel. This peeled back when the panel was warm from the sun. There is a crumbling pink paint/primer beneath. I only need the paint stripped back to the panels. I will do the painting.
