Repairs (on wall and skirting boards) + paint to apply on a bedroom wall

1/In need of a fix: torn drywall paper (several locations where the baby safety gates were installed) + a few splinters / scratches on skirting boards. 2/ disappointing wallpaper job to start afresh: remove wallpaper and apply paint instead. Thanks
