Paint lintels Vanguard
Job description
Repaint required of wooden lintels and window frames on outside of house and the garage. Our house is S H stone, built 1981. It is 80 sq metres , with tile roof. We have some Dulux Weathershield paint . Work to be done before June 2020 if possible. Painting of soffits , gable ends, and exterior doors may also be available, to do at a later stage. The address is 49 Vanguard Drive, Broomfield. Christchurch . This job may suit a person who wants to work a few hours a week.

This job was seriously disrupted by the lock-down for Covid 19. The job was in progress in late March. By the time the work was able to resume in May, the company had a large backlog of work. We were pleased that Te One M, the painter persevered , with a strong commitment to complete the job. He consulted with us each week, and even did two stints on Sundays , to utilise rare fine days. Te One was always pleasant and polite. We are happy to recommend him.
