We would like to invite you to tender for the below works. Painting and Plastering Works required below at 28 Carlton Mill. Floor plans and BC plans can be emailed to you. Both levels 280m2 each. Levels 2 and 3 (plastering to level 4 quality finish) - Price needs to include materials. Start date 23 October finish Friday 1st November. (These dates are not strict, ideally like to be close) Levels 2 and 3 painting - Price needs to include materials. Fire rated paint in the lobby areas as per Engineers specs in BC plans. Start date Saturday 2 November, finish Friday 15th. (These dates are not strict, ideally like to be close) Ground floor painting. Price needs to includes materials. Fire rated paint in the lobby areas as per Engineers specs in BC plans. Start date 11th November TBC. Two weeks for completion. (These dates are not strict, ideally like to be close) Stairwell all levels painting. Price needs to include material. Start date 11 November TBC, two weeks completion.
