Fascia and window frame painting
Job description
We are completing a number of renovation projects on our property. Two jobs that require a painter are: 1. We are re-roofing (including guttering and downpipes). We need the fascia boards repainting in the period between the old gutters being removed and the new gutters being installed. Scaffolding/edge protection (where necessary) will be provided by the roofers. 2. We are retro-fitting double-glazing into our existing timber window frames. All windows will be supplied primed, but will require painting, inside and out. Mobile scaffolding may be needed for the second storey exterior windows (see photos). Timeframe for both task is likely to be mid to late November. There may be additional painting work required later in the renovation.

Fernando was reliable and delivered on time. His pricing was very reasonable for the work we asked him to do. We were initially a little concerned at the quality of the painting, in particular paint splatter on brand new windows, window catches and door locks. However, we had a good chat about our concerns and Fernando addressed all our issues. We were very happy with the end result, in terms of quality, timeliness and price. We would use Fernando again and recommend him.
