Bedroom painting

1 bedroom to be painted. Stippled Ceiling has recently been plastered flat. Need ceiling sealed and painted- Color- quarter sea fog(white). Room size 3 by 3 by 2.4 Current room color between 1/2 tea to 3/4 tea with white bull nose skirtings. 2 wooden windows which need to be scraped back to bare timber, Painted in white. Window dimensions are 1700 wide by 1250 high. Older style 3 panel window with two opening hinge windows on the left and right side. Central panel glass with 1 timber cross piece. 1 door frame to be painted, bull nose skirting 2100 by 900. Door does not require painting. 3 Coats of paint for walls as painting white, Same color paint as ceiling although different sheen. Skirtings and windows are also same color but in a water based semi gloss. Already have paint from previous work on house so just after an estimate on labour and rollers etc. This is a rental and unable to access property to look at it. Tenant is very fussy and does not want others coming in and out. Tenant going away for a week within the next month so would like an estimate as soon as possible.
