Job description
1970's home in good condition with combination of blockwork (predominantly) and timber requires re-painting together with corrugated roof. Scaffolding required for part of the house as it is 2-storey in parts. Paintwork generally in good condition. New Aluminium windows and doors have been installed so there is some trim requiring nail-holes filled and painting. Soffitts probably don't need painting, just touch-up. Not an urgent job - just some time this year. Happy for this to be done over longer time-frame. Important to keep costs under control though :-)

I would like to commend Jim on his timeliness, ability to chat through the work as it progressed and agree the right outcomes, flexibility and value for money. Jim painted the roof, soffitts and exterior of the concrete block and timber-clad house. Also a very pleasant person to have on site.
