Wallpaper removal and painting

I have a 12m2 room (a small shop) that has brick-textured wallpaper on the walls. The walls need to be returned to a plain wall so we will need the wallpaper removed, walls prepped and painted. The wallpaper was installed recently (a few years ago) and hopefully is easy to remove but if not, would like an additional quote for either plastering over the wallpaper and/or regibbing over some of the walls without any architraves. Pictures attached- see the picture with the clock for a close-up of the wallpaper. Pictures of the empty shop are from before the current tenant moved in. I am taking over on Thursday 11 April so keen to have this done ASAP after then.
