Weatherboard House - Exterior Paint Job

Our 1940's weatherboard (rimu) house is in need of a new paint job after some renovations. It's a 3 bed house with hipped roof (no gable) and is approximately 100sqm floor area. We are looking for a couple of quotes to prepare the timber and complete the painting over the next few months. We would also like a price to paint the windows, sills and underside of the eaves. There are a few areas where the existing paint is lifting away however it looks like it is generally in good shape to the untrained eye. It is currently a mid-dark grey and we would like a lighter cream so there is some difference in shade. We would like 3 colours in total - one for the weatherboard, one for the windows, trims and eaves and the other for the sills. There is no real deadline we are aiming at so can work around other jobs and weather as required.
