Repair ceiling and walls from condensation damage

Small bathroom has damage to the walls and ceiling, and in one area the wallpaper and the gib - due to condensation. I need to have the gib checked to make sure it is not moisture damaged, and then replastered I think.
As well as another hole to be replastered.
There is an overall issue with the extractor fan I think, so I am planning on also installing a new fan (even better if you can do that job too but I am guessing it needs an electrician)
