Removal of faux fireplace surround and patch/ paint in preparation of new smaller electrical fire. Carpet may need attention as well depending upon what it looks like after removal of old surround. 2nd photo old faux surround 1st photo of smaller replacement fire. Also will need to add skirting board to match existing either side of new fire.
