Seal, skim and paint 4 x small bedrooms and hallway by 30th April

Job is to oil based seal, skim coat and paint 4 x bedrooms and a hallway (all rooms are quite small-total floor area is 48m2). Rooms have all been stripped back to original gib and will be de glued and lightly sanded ready to seal. There are a couple of small patch repairs and a new join but otherwise all pretty good. All wood is to stay, including skirts (so not painted). Carpet is coming out, so a basic cover is just required. Full job would need to be completed by 29th/30th April as have carpet install booked. Can supply paint if required, colours are: walls low sheen Resene Half Rice Cake, Ceiling panels flat ceiling white.
