Partial painting of Lockwood home

We would like to retro-blond two rooms of our 70s Lockwood home. The walls and ceiling of a bed room and a bath room with a total of roughly 60 sqm will need to be painted with Lockwood Blond. We do already have a bucket of this paint. The walls will need to be lightly sanded down before the paint can be applied. Some guidance is given here: --- / We are a bit concerned regarding the outcome since the wood is quite old now and the end result could deviate from expectations. Hence experiences with Lockwood homes would be appreciated. Please provide a quote for this job and an estimate of the time it will take.
