Large Villa exterior painters for quality finish

We need someone to fix windows in old building. Then do spraying of lichen on the roof of large house prior to painting ie all prep prior to exterior painting of house and decks to be sprayed as well of lichen at 2nd house. We need a qualified builder to remove old bath put new one in. Also install another bath in another building. Looking for electrician to do air extractors ie fix them to fix oven and to sort out lights that are not functioning. Needs to be qualified registered experienced electrician. We are also looking for qualified painters to paint an entire house this is a huge job we have had quotes but looking for a good team to do this job with a quality finish its a large scale villa and the job is exterior. The location for all these jobs is rural 30 minutes from Hastings.
