My house is on the smallish side. Roof needs to be treated for rust in one small area, then prepped and painted. House is 95% cladding, this just needs painting, as has already been waterblasted. Higher areas will need sanding, preparation and painting as paint is peeling off but relatively small areas. I will supply all paint.
