Major house renovation

I have bought an existing house on Mt Pleasant (extremely minimal earthquake damage). I have had an architect draw up some plans to expand and modify the house. I have council consent and all the paperwork to start the job. It is extensive renovations and also modifications. I am fairly keen to have the job done as soon as possible as I have had an accident and the new house will be modified to accommodate this issue. The plans include expanding the lounge, a new kitchen, expanding the deck, 2 new bathrooms, a new bedroom with walk in wardrobe and turning an existing bedroom into another lounge. I can obviously supply you with all the plans (engineers report, council consent etc) if this job is of interest.
