Repaint wooden doors and windows

Repaint the exterior of these four windows and doors. Using Resene Super Gloss Enamel, white, as the top coat. Also replace the glazing compound where it has become cracked. I only want the the parts of the window that are exposed when the window is closed to be painted. I don't want any more coats of paint on the areas that are exposed when the window is opened. The paint there is in good condition. These are all ground floor windows but you will need a ladder to access the highest one. The top of that window is 280cm off the ground.
