Please note this is an updated version of a job listed earlier with new developments: I'm currently seeking the cheapest quote possible to implement a make good clause for our exiting lease. Our 74 square metre store needs to be painted for what may only be a week or a month before the next tenant starts their fitout, hence although the job needs to look good, it won't be around for long unfortunately, as tenant already signed up, and requires a major fit out due to nature of business The store will be completely empty and wil be three walls only. Paint to be supplied. Previously paint job 10 years old and a cream color. To include: repair plasterboard (i.e fill screw holes where slatwall is removed) , prime repaired area and apply top coats to walls in white paint supplied. I've already got the paint, I just need someone with all the gear to prime and paint - hopefully you can spray as it's a empty space with three blank walls. Will accept the cheapest quote as really just want to hand tenancy back and move forward. To exclude: Ceilings • Doors • Exterior surfaces • Prefinished surfaces
