Painting of rendered basement walls

Hi, we have a brick and block house and we would like the bottom rendered area of the house repainted. The existing paint is flaking and will probably need to be removed. Note the walls have been re-rendered in some patches (not shown in the photos). Ideally would like job done next week if possible. House is 8m x 12m approx around the property with the height of the white rendering between 1m and 2m high around the outside as shown in the photos.
