Touch ups to get ready for sale.
Job description
we are preparing our house for sale and need some interior painting done. The walls are in good condition but are quite marked in places. Here is a list of what generally needs to be done to help with an estimate time-wise. main bedroom - repaint window frame x 2 and small paint touch up on one part of wall Kitchen ceiling - sand, plaster and repaint a historical leak (now fixed) - may require a repaint of whole ceiling. Also repaint one wall. Study - probably needs a repaint - have the paint ready to go. Bedroom three and laundry - also probably need a coat of white paint. We are wanting this work done as soon as possible please.
