Interior update of 2 bed brick & tile unit

Needing an interior update for a 2 bed brick & tile unit in Mt Wellington (Ireland Road). The unit is approx. 80-85sqm. Priority items... - New wallpaper for kitchen, lounge and 2 bedrooms - Painting of bathroom and mouldings - Painting of kitchen cupboards - Painting of all window sills (with any repairs that may be needed) - Painting of rear door (in kitchen) - New seal for front door security screen - Any rotten wood/mouldings replaced in bathroom - Shower tiles cleaned up - Install extractor fan for kitchen (currently no room for rangehood due to cupboards above oven) Future items (but may be included in priority if deemed necessary)... - shower unit/fittings replaced Ideally looking for a one-stop-shop solution if possible but will take what we can get. I am free to meet at the property most days/times.
