Painting a couple of walls with an effect!!

We need a couple of walls painted asap this week. Pls see photo attached. It will be a feature wall with what looks like to be an airbrushing effect maybe not sure you will know. All paints and materials can be supplied if need be with your help. Will be for a salon that is not yet open but we are looking at opening in the next two weeks so need someone asap.
