Exterior Window painting second storey
Job description
Thanks for looking at my job. I need the upper windows on our house painted. Some are previously painted, others not. (noted below). Expect each window frame and surround (all the white bits) to be prepared, sealed and painted. If rot exists (shouldn't!) then advise and an extra over rate can be agreed. Timeframe is relaxed, but can be safely done during lockdown as no contact access available. Also toilet available on site, again can be arrange to be no contact (downstairs one available temporary painter use only) Clean up available outside tap (on wall where plants are in photo 7) Window 1: Lounge - single pane opening - previously painted except for new trim for double glazing. 700 x800mm Window 2: Lounge- - single pane opening - previously painted except for new trim for double glazing 700 x800mm Kitchen 1: 3 panes, two fixed, one opening - primed 6m+ ago. Probably needs to be reprimed and painted. --- x --- x 950 Kitchen 2: 4 panes, two fixed, two opening - primed 6m+ ago. Probably needs to be reprimed and painted 600x900mm (4x windows) Kitchen 3: 1 pane, fixed + primed 6m+ ago. Probably needs to be reprimed and painted. 700 x 1400. All measurement from inside and generous (rounded up) Height of lounge windows - approx 2m-2.5 above ground level Height of kitchen windows approx 3.5m above ground level Photo 1: - small window or corner = lounge 1 Photo 2: lounge 1 Photo 3: lounge 2 Photo 4: lounge 1 again Photo 5: Access to back through gate Photo 6: top right Kitchen 1, top left Kitchen 2 Photo 7: top right Kitchen 2, Top left (different angle) Kitchen 3

Luis & team are great. Their quote was competitive and they did a really good job on our 2nd storey windows. professional and safe access was set up. + clean up afterwards. Highly recommend.
