Paint repair work needed on building-movement cracks

We own an apartment in the relatively new Sugartree complex in the CBD. Unfortunately, cracks have developed in the paintwork around the edges of some of the ceilings caused by some building movement (in part of the entrance area, above the kitchen/dining cabinetry, and in most of the lounge, office, and the bedroom). We would appreciate expressions of interest along with your hourly rate - and job estimate, if possible. We can't easily enable on-site quotes because we will need to work in with our property manager and the tenants. Sorry the photos aren't great but hopefully they'll give you an idea of what you'd be working with. Thank you.
