Job description
Room1: Small lounge. Ceiling plus 3 walls. Large windows in each wall. Window jams/arch to paint. Skirtings Room 2: Medium size bedroom. Ceiling, inside wardrobe,walls, window jams & arch, some gapping required on ceiling although 75% of ceiling has been done & this only requires a coat of paint.as per photo Room 3: Medium size bedroom. Ceiling,walls,window jams & arch, small nook under stairs. Some no more gapping required on ceiling. Works to Be done ASAP., Paint provided. Payment on completion

Flavio was hired to paint 2 bedrooms & a living area. He took great care to ensure the finished product was to a very high standard. He is a perfectionist, that was clear from the start when he took it upon himself to fix shoddy plasterwork (not his remit) to ensure a smooth paint finish. This attention to detail meant the job took longer than anticipated but Flavio honoured his original quote and did not charge us for the overtime. A true professional I would hire him again in an instant.
