Job description
I want to get my father's two bedroom unit (~65 m2)ready for the rental market. Very old decor and I want to remove wallpaper and change to a paint surface. All interior surfaces will need prepping and finishing. Work can commence mid November 2019 giving me time to empty the home. I will supply materials.

As a residential property investor I have worked with many contractor/tradies over the last several years. Hadyn from Samuel Painters is one of the rare find good ones.
