Job description
Window sills have had water damage and have moulded. Need a good sand and protective coat. There are 14 windows including 3 ranch sliding doors. Kitchen trims need sanding and re varnishing also.

Shaun has been a great communicator in build up to getting the job done. His quote came in at a very competitive amount in comparison to the other quotes I got. I have followed up on a reference person he gave me because I was concerned that there were no references on this site. It was the reference that gave me confidence to follow through with Shaun for the job. He has been very easy to dialogue with concerning the job and the timeline for getting it done!
