Repaint to 4 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms (walls both mostly tiled to 2m high, painting to above and ceiling), staircase, open plan living room, dining and kitchen. Currently cream walls and ceiling to be changed to white ceiling and Resene "Half Surrender" to the walls. Ground level 2.4M stud high and flat Gib ceilings, first floor sloping Gib ceilings. 3.5M at the high point. Open stair well to living area 5.0M high wall from ground level. All doors and door frames, skirtings, window jambs and wardrobe interiors to be painted as well. Internal garage not to included, only internal door from hallway. Would be ideal if the job could be finished in 4-5 weeks time as wanting to re-carpet soon but can work in the right candidate.
