Paint ceiling and part of walls of bathroom including surface cleaning, preparation undercoat and topcoats. Room is approximately 2.7m x 3.5m with a 2.7m stud height. The surface is finished smooth concrete. The existing paint is peeling so there is a lot of preparation needed. It may be necessary to paint some or all of the walls. The apartment is in the Lister building on Victoria Street East between Queen and Lorne streets so parking is difficult but the building is across the intersection from the Kitchener St parking building. Timing is not critical. There is one tenant in the apartment who is fairly easy-going and flexible.
